PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide order terminal equipment, an order system, a customer information generation method, and a program capable of easily acquiring customer information such as an age group.SOLUTION: Order terminal equipment 1 includes: a learning result storage part 2; an image acquisition part 3; an age/sex estimation part 4; and a customer information generation part 5. The learning result storage part 2 stores learning result data about the feature information of a face image of each predetermined age group and sex. The image acquisition part 3 acquires the face image of a customer sitting in a seating position. An age/sex estimation part 4 compares the feature information of the face image of the customer acquired by the image acquisition part 3 with feature information stored in the learning result storage part 2 to estimate the age group and sex of the customer. The customer information generation part 5 generates customer information indicating the age group and sex of the customer on the basis of the age group and sex estimated by the age/sex estimation part 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
