The hot air feeding means comprises a revolving part, in the powder particle feeding means, the angle (°) formed between the cross-section orthogonal to the central axis of the cylindrical treatment chamber and the introduction direction of the powder particles introduced from the powder particle feeding means outlet satisfies 17(°)37(°), and, in the cold blast feeding means, the angle (°) formed between the cross-section orthogonal to the central axis of the cylindrical treatment chamber and the introduction direction of the cold blast introduced from the cold blast feeding means outlet satisfies 17(°)37(°).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
