PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anaerobic solubilizing digestion system alternative to anaerobic solubilizing digestion systems of the prior art.SOLUTION: The anaerobic solubilizing digestion system 1 of the present invention is an anaerobic solubilizing digestion system 1 comprising a digestion tank 2 in which an anaerobic solubilizing digestion treatment of organic sludge A is performed, circulation lines 9b through 9e for circulating digested sludge B into the digestion tank 2, a dehydrating apparatus (screw-style decanter 4) for dehydrating and separating the digested sludge B into a dehydrated cake C and a separated liquid E, a dehydrated cake pumping pump 4a for pumping the dehydrated cake C into a solubilization tank 5, and the solubilization tank 5 in which a solubilizing treatment of the dehydrated cake C is performed; the dehydrating apparatus (screw-style decanter 4) adjusts the water content of the dehydrated cake C by increasing/decreasing the flow rate of the separated liquid E so as to match the solubilization heat demand for the solubilization tank with the heat demand for heating the digestion tank.
