PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anaerobic digestion treatment method of organic sludge by which solubilized sludge can have the solid portion necessary for the solubilization and the anaerobic digestion treatment with no need for cooling equipment such as a heat exchanger in the circulation of solubilized sludge and no excess energy consumption for heating. PSOLUTION: In the solubilized sludge circulation step, the quantity of solubilized sludge to be circulated is set to have a heat capacity necessary for the anaerobic digestion treatment in a digestion tank 10. In a digested and dehydrated sludge supply step, the ratio of the quantity of the digested sludge supplied to the solubilizing tank 40 to the quantity of the dehydrated sludge is adjusted so as to have the solid portion necessary for the solubilization and anaerobic digestion treatment in the solubilized sludge based on the circulation quantity of the solubilized sludge controlled in the solubilized sludge circulation step.
