PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel sperm function improving agent which is excellent in safety.SOLUTION: The invention provides a sperm function improving agent containing extract of Angelica keiskei as an active ingredient. In this sperm function improving agent, for the Angelica keiskei, Angelica keiskei that is registered with the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries as variety registration number No. 14641 may be used. There are also provided pharmaceutical compositions for the treatment or prevention of infertility containing this sperm function improving agent, and feed and food compositions for domestic animals and fowls that contain Angelica keiskei or extract thereof and are used for improving sperm function. Further, there is provided a sperm function improving method for domestic animals and fowls comprising the processes to feed domestic animals and fowls with Angelica keiskei or extract thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
