PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nutrient recovery method of algae lipid extraction residue which is capable of recovering nutrients from a lipid extraction residue of algae, and a culturing method of algae, a culture medium for algae and an algae culturing system utilizing the recovered nutrients.;SOLUTION: Hot water treatment is performed on lipid extraction residue which is produced after extracting lipid from algae, and a part or all of a liquid component is recovered from the processed product. The algae are cultured by using the recovered liquid component. It is preferable that the hot water treatment be performed for 10 minutes to 90 minutes in a range from 150°C to 350°C.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
