Culture Methods for Selected Crustacea and Algae

摘要

The report describes the methodologies used at the Great Lakes Fishery Laboratory for culturing certain crustacea, used in experimental studies, as well as culturing algae and other organisms used as food for crustacea. Although some of the techniques are unique, all are based on the experiences of others who described the biology and requirements of these organisms.
