Voltage level shifter with voltage booster circuit with short waiting time

Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide a voltage level shifting circuit using low-latency AC coupled voltage booster circuits as well as other circuits and devices incorporating such level shifting circuits. Such level shifting circuits provide significantly lower latency (eg, latency reduced by at least 1/2) compared to conventional level shifters. By providing consistent latency for the simulation corners, the level shifting circuit described herein also provides significantly less power consumption and low duty cycle distortion when compared to conventional level shifters.
