PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a division component defective cause determination method that can accurately determine the defective cause of a division component.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a plurality of division components by dividing a work processed sequentially at a plurality of steps and a division component defective cause determination method for inspecting each division component and determining whether each division component is good or bad.
