PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel catalyst, a catalytic material and a method for producing the same. A method based on an anticorrosive support, a method based on mechanical synthesis, and a method based on a combination of anticorrosive support / mechanical synthetic support are provided. These methods allow for the production of supported or unsupported catalyst materials and / or the synthesis of catalyst materials from both soluble and insoluble transition metals and charge transfer salt materials.
