PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly frame-retardant vinyl chloride resin composition which is excellent in flexibility, mechanical physical properties, oil resistance and dimensional stability, and can impart flame retardancy conforming to a 1060 combustion test of an UL 1581 standard to a cable and is suitable as a sheath material, even when an insulating material in which frame retardancy is not considered is used for conductor coating; and a highly frame-retardant vinyl chloride resin composition which can impart flame retardancy conforming to a 1061 combustion test of an UL 1581 standard to a cable and is suitable as a sheath material even when an insulating material in which frame retardancy is not considered is used for conductor coating.;SOLUTION: A vinyl chloride resin composition contains: (a) 100 pts.mass of a vinyl chloride resin; (b) 40-90 pts.mass of a plasticizer; (c) 10-50 pts.mass of a metal hydrate; (d) 0.05-1.9 pts.mass of a fluororesin.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
