PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce burden of a user who selects an ID in using a new service.;SOLUTION: An ID provider recommendation server 41 refers to a user information table which indicates ID providers used by users and services used with an ID of the ID provider, to calculate similarity in ID provider and service in use between users. The ID provider recommendation server calculates ID provider score by adding the calculated similarity between the users, and transmits a recommendation ID provider list indicating the calculated ID provider score to a user terminal 11 of the user. The user terminal 11 creates a list of the recommendation IDs, on the basis of the received recommendation ID provider list.
