PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel object that a user hardly notices by himself/herself.;SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an object recommendation apparatus for recommending an object to a target user, including: a popularity calculation section 23 for calculating popularity information in such a way that an object on which more users have performed predetermined action can take a smaller value; a preceding degree calculation section 21 for calculating preceding degree information indicating a degree for another user to have performed the action on the object preceding the target user; an importance calculation section 22 for calculating importance information indicating importance of the object for the target user on the basis of the lapse of time after the target user performs the action on the object; an innovator probability calculation section 24 for calculating an innovator probability based on the probability for the other user to perform the action on the object preceding the target user, on the basis of the popularity information, the preceding degree information and the importance information; and a recommendation object extraction section 40 for extracting the object to be recommended to the target user on the basis of the innovator probability.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
