PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote a life in which cash is not used by increasing the weight of non-cash payment to cash payment.;SOLUTION: A non-cash payment management device includes: cash payment information acquisition means for acquiring information relating to payment with cash; non-cash payment information acquisition means for acquiring non-cash payment information by a post-payment system with a credit card and post-pay type electronic money; use rate determination means for determining whether or not the rate of a non-cash payment amount to a cash payment amount has exceeded a predetermined value in a predetermined period; point allocation means for, when it is determined that the rate of the non-cash payment amount to the cumulative cash payment amount in the predetermined period is larger than the predetermined value, allocating predetermined points to the user of a financial institute in accordance with the value; and attention information provision means for, when it is determined that the cumulative non-cash payment amount has exceeded the predetermined amount by a non-cash payment amount determination means in the predetermined period, providing information to encourage a user to pay attention.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
