PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forgery prevention medium using a polarization latent image and fluorescent emission and being hard to be forged, which is easy for its authenticity to be determined and is harder to be forged, and provide a method of determining an authenticity of a forgery prevention medium.;SOLUTION: An forgery prevention medium 10 includes infra-red fluorescent two-color pigment layer 12 (121-125) including at least infra-red fluorescent two-color pigment and laminated on one surface of a first base material 11.
