PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency in creation of a work procedure manual by facilitating searching of a work procedure unit desired by a user.SOLUTION: A work procedure manual creation device 10 is composed by being provided with: a key information attachment unit 12 for attaching identification information for identifying a work procedure unit, in the work procedure unit of the work procedure manual based on input information inputted by a user; a procedure manual search unit 14 for searching a work procedure unit based on search information inputted by the user from the identification information attached to the key information attachment unit 12; and a procedure manual creation unit 16 for creating the work procedure manual based on the work procedure unit searched by the manual search unit 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
