Provided is an anti-sloshing apparatus. The anti-sloshing apparatus according to one exemplary embodiment of the present invention comprises: a plurality of buoyant blocks; and a connection means for interconnecting the plurality of buoyant blocks, wherein the anti-sloshing apparatus may float at the surface of a liquid cargo in a liquid cargo storage tank. Each buoyant block comprises: a buoyant body having sufficient buoyancy to float at the surface of a liquid; a first foam member which encloses the buoyant body and which is capable of absorbing said liquid; and a first cover which covers the first foam member, wherein said first foam member has a through-hole formed through said first foam member.
