PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal connection information accumulation device capable of constructing a database about personal connection of one or two or more users belonging to a designated organization.SOLUTION: A personal connection information accumulation device comprises: a user information storage unit 101 for storing two or more pieces of user information each of which including organization identification information, user identification information, and one or two or more pieces of access information; a personal connection information storage unit 102 for storing one or two or more pieces of personal connection information associated with the user identification information; a reception unit 106 for receiving the personal connection information from one or two or more server devices using the access information; a personal connection information accumulation unit 107 for associating the personal connection information with the user identification information corresponding to the access information, and accumulating them in the personal connection information storage unit; an acceptance unit 104 for accepting the organization identification information; a personal connection information acquisition unit 111 for acquiring one or more pieces of personal connection information corresponding to the organization identification information from the personal connection information storage unit 102; and an output unit 113 for outputting the one or more pieces of personal connection information.
