PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substance detection sensor capable of erroneous detection of a measuring object substance in a detection area by reducing time difference between a measuring beam to a predetermined detection area and a projection timing of each comparison light.SOLUTION: The substance detection sensor includes: a first light source that irradiates a detection area having plural object areas with a beam of comparison light which has a first wavelength by means of face irradiation using an optical scan; a second light source that irradiates the detection area with a first measuring beam which has a second wavelength different from the first wavelength by means of face irradiation using the optical scan; and a substance detection part that detects a specific substance in the detection area based on the reflectance of the comparison light from the first light source and the reflectance of the first measuring beam from the second light source.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
