PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a design method of cast-in-place piles in which a length of a joint part is designed in an optimum value theoretically and efficiently.SOLUTION: A design system of cast-in-place piles is provided in which a reinforced concrete part and a steel pipe concrete part provided on the upper part are integrated and constructed. The design system includes: a memory unit 102 for storing predetermined data concerning the design of the cast-in-place piles containing soil data of the ground provided with at least the cast-in-place piles, specification data concerning the components of the cast-in-place piles and past design performance data of the cast-in-place piles; and a calculation unit 110 for calculating a desired design value of a length of the joint part on the basis of at least the predetermined data and a bending moment in a joint part 13 where an inside reinforced concrete portion 15 in the reinforced concrete part is overlapped with a steel pipe 18 of the steel pipe concrete part containing an upper end 16a of a rebar 16 extended from the reinforced concrete part into the steel pipe concrete part, and for studying the validity of the design value and determining the specification of the joint part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
