PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a time required for baking operation of a heat storage type gas treatment device.;SOLUTION: In baking operation, in a process in which baking gas OA is supplied to a combustion treatment chamber 5 through a baking air supply passage (combustion air passage 5c) and the baking gas OA is passed from the combustion treatment chamber 5 to respective heat storage chambers 8 in a parallel manner, while supply of treated gas from a treated gas passage 10 is stopped and other ends of all heat storage chambers 8 are communicated with a baking exhaust passage (treated gas passage 11) by a switching device 4, by raising temperature to predetermined baking temperature, baking treatment is performed simultaneously in each heat storage chamber 8, and accordingly, used baking gas OA' sent from other ends of respective heat storage chambers 8 is sent to the baking exhaust passage (treated gas passage 11).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
