PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable efficient weighing of a fixed quantity without relying on experience and instinct.;SOLUTION: When weighing target objects are placed on a weighing scale such that total weight thereof is slightly less than a target weight range, a target object to be added in order to reach a predefined weight range is indicated in the form of a weight rank and a relative weight rank by means of illumination of lamps 22a-22c of indicator units 20a-20c. An operator can obtain a combination of weighing target objects having a weight within a predefined weight range by selecting a weighing target object of an indicated relative weight rank from weighing target objects of an indicated weight rank and adding the same. If a weighing target object slightly lighter or heavier than the indicated relative weight rank is repeatedly selected, the indicated relative weight rank is switched to a heavier or lighter relative weight rank.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
