PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve contribution to reinforcement effect by a sheet member such as geotextile by such a usage that is completely different from conventional ones.;SOLUTION: A reinforcement member 10 is formed by winding up granular material by geotextile. The geotextile surrounds the granular material.
