PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an iron powder for an auxiliary-material-containing seed coating; an iron powder for an auxiliary-material-adhered seed coating; and an alloy steel powder for a seed coating, in which it is possible to achieve a coating that has little shedding of iron powder not only in a sowing step but also in a transportation step, and it is possible to coat the seeds with an auxiliary material beneficial for the growth of the seed in a state that is favorable to seed growth, and to provide a seed coated with an iron powder for an auxiliary-material-containing seed coating, an iron powder for an auxiliary-material-adhered seed coating or and an alloy steel powder for a seed coating.;SOLUTION: The iron powder for an auxiliary-material-containing seed coating includes 0.01-100 pts.mass of an auxiliary material powder based on 100 pts.mass of iron powder, wherein in the iron powder, the mass ratio of the iron powder having at most 45 m of a particle diameter is more than 85%, and the average particle diameter of the auxiliary material powder is at most 45 m.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
