PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the operation history of an apparatus from being erased.;SOLUTION: A determination unit 11 determines whether or not a target function is effective. If a determination is made that a target function is effective, a history recording unit 12 acquires the operation history information indicating the operation history of these functions from a function unit 6 including these functions, and stores the operation history information in a storage unit 13. An accident detection unit 15 detects occurrence of accident of a vehicle. When the accident detection unit 15 detects occurrence of accident, an erasure prohibition unit 16 controls the storage unit 13 so that the operation history information stored therein is not erased.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
