PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility use state measurement apparatus capable of precisely measuring the use state of a facility by users based on images picked up in the facility.SOLUTION: The facility use state measurement apparatus for measuring the use state of a facility by users based on images picked up in the facility, includes: an area setting section 31 that sets plural determination areas for determining staying users on an image; a staying information generation section 33 that generates a piece of staying information relevant to staying users in each of the determination areas based on changing situation in the images in the determination areas set by the area setting section; a use information generation section 34 that generates a piece of use information relevant to the use state in each of the determination areas based on the staying information generated by the staying information generation section; and a display information generation section 35 that generates and outputs a piece of display information to be displayed of the use information generated by the use information generation section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
