High-resolution LED display and its surface-mount LED combination lamp with ultra fine dot pitch

A surface-mount LED combination lamp having a high resolution LED display and its ultra fine dot pitch is disclosed. The high-resolution LED display includes a plurality of surface-mount LED combination lamps having an ultrafine dot pitch. A surface mount type LED combination lamp having an ultra fine dot pitch includes a lamp body, a plurality of pins provided on one surface of the lamp body, and a plurality of sets of LED pixel lamps arranged in an array on the other surface of the lamp body. The outer periphery of the LED pixel lamp is covered with a transparent sealing material, and each set of LED pixel lamps is electrically connected to the pins. A high-resolution LED display using a surface-mount LED combination lamp having an ultrafine dot pitch has a plurality of sets of LED pixel lamps arranged in an array on one surface of the lamp body, and a plurality of LED pixel lamps on the other surface of the lamp body. This modularized design not only improves the display quality of high resolution LED displays, but also greatly reduces manufacturing difficulties and manufacturing costs. [Selection] Figure 5
