A high-resolution LED display and a surface-mount LED combination lamp having an ultrafine dot pitch are provided. A high-resolution LED display includes a plurality of surface-mount LED combination lamps having an ultrafine dot pitch. A surface-mount LED combination lamp having an ultrafine dot pitch includes a lamp body 20, a plurality of pins provided on one surface of the lamp body, and a plurality of sets of LED pixels arranged in an array on the other surface of the lamp body. The LED pixel lamp is covered with a transparent sealing material, and each set of LED pixel lamps is electrically connected to the pins. A high-resolution LED display has a plurality of LED pixel lamps arranged in an array on one side of the lamp body, and a plurality of pins on the other side of the lamp body.
