PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method with which cholesterol in each lipoprotein can also be measured simultaneously, regarding a method for measuring vitamins E in each lipoprotein contained in a specimen.;SOLUTION: According to a measuring method and a measuring apparatus employing the method, a lipoprotein is separated by subjecting a specimen containing the lipoprotein to ion exchange chromatograph, cholesterol and vitamins E are isolated by reacting the separated lipoprotein with a pretreatment liquid containing an organic solvent and a surfactant, the isolated cholesterol and vitamins E are separated by being subjected to reverse-phase chromatograph, and the quantities of the separated cholesterol and vitamins E are measured.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
