PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an insert molded core for a coil device optimal to efficiently radiate a core while suppressing the occurrence of a whining sound resulting from the vibration and magnetostriction of the core.;SOLUTION: A method for obtaining an insert molded core is provided. A core and a thermal conduction block overlapped in a vertical direction are mounted in an insert forming die, one side face of the core is pressed by a first movable die movable in the insert forming die, the position of the core in the insert forming die is determined by pressing the other side face of the core onto a side wall surface in the insert forming die, the mutual opposite faces of the core and the thermal conduction block are brought into close contact by pressing the top face of the core by a second movable die movable in the insert forming die to press the bottom face of the thermal conduction block onto the bottom face in the insert forming die, a molten resin is injected into the insert forming die, and the core and the thermal conduction block with the mutual opposite faces in a close contact state are coated with resin by curing the injected molten resin.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
