PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food ingredient-containing oil enclosed in a package bag having excellent dispersion properties within a bag, and capable of reducing solids remaining in the bag as much as possible when the content is taken out; and to provide a method for producing the same.;SOLUTION: In the food ingredient-containing oil enclosed in the package bag, an oil repellent layer is formed on the surface of chopped ingredients, and edible powders are further sprinkled on the surface of the oil repellent layer to form processed ingredients. Then, the processed ingredients are immersed in an edible oil to be enclosed in the openable/closable package bag. The method for producing the food ingredient-containing oil enclosed in the package bag includes: an oil repellent layer forming step for forming the oil repellent layer on the surface of the chopped ingredients; a processed ingredient forming step for forming the processed ingredients by sprinkling the edible powders on the formed oil repellent layer; and a loading and blending step for loading the formed processed ingredients and edible oil into the bag and sealing the bag loaded with both the materials in the blended state.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
