Provided are: a cyclic olefin resin composition which does not undergo the deterioration in transparency and heat resistance inherent in a cyclic olefin resin contained therein; and an optical material and an optical member, each of which is produced using the composition. The present invention provides an antifogging agent for a cyclic olefin resin, which can be contained in a cyclic olefin resin composition containing a cyclic olefin resin and which enables a molded article produced from the cyclic olefin resin composition to keep transparency and heat resistance thereof. The antifogging agent comprises a condensed phosphate ester.
