PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for fully and precisely surveying, even when a plurality of buried objects are mixed at an intricate state, for example, at an installation scheduled point of a columnar body, the buried objects.;SOLUTION: A sequential rotation control part 23 makes an antenna part 15, which has directivity and is rotatably supported to an axis 17, perform rotational movement in accordance with a first unit angle θ1 and maintain of a still state for predetermined time alternately and repeatedly for a plurality of times until the antenna part 15 approximately performs one rotation. A transmission/reception control part 25 makes the antenna part 15 perform radiation of waves and reception of reflected waves of the radiated waves while the antenna part 15 maintains the still state.
