PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for rolling and drawing processing of a material made of nickel-free high nitrogen stainless steel which does not increase a grain size of fine-grained structure even when the processing involves high crookedness in processing, a seamless capillary made of nickel-free high nitrogen stainless steel with a small grain size of the fine-grained structure, and a method for producing the same.;SOLUTION: The method for rolling and drawing processing of a material made of nickel-free high nitrogen stainless steel is used, which includes: an intermediate annealing step S11 of annealing the material made of nickel-free high nitrogen stainless steel comprising fine-grained structure with a grain size of 30 μm or less at a temperature of 900-1,000°C and then air-cooling the same to room temperature; a rolling and drawing processing step S12 of elongating the material while making the same a thin plate or reducing the grain size; and a final solid solution treatment step S13 of heating the material to a temperature of 1,200-1,400°C and air-cooling the same to room temperature.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
