PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance detection accuracy of angular velocity.;SOLUTION: In a reference voltage updating device 100, a longitudinal acceleration acquisition section 101 acquires longitudinal direction acceleration of a movable body while a lateral acceleration acquisition section 102 acquires lateral direction acceleration of the movable body. A first determination section 103 determines whether the movable body rotates on the basis of the acquired longitudinal direction and lateral direction acceleration. An angular velocity acquisition section 104 acquires angular velocity of the movable body on the basis of output voltage of an angular velocity sensor 130 and prescribed reference voltage. A second determination section 105 determines whether the movable body rotates on the basis of the acquired angular velocity.
