PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a femtocell base station to reduce interference to a wireless device that is a macro user, in an area where the service coverage overlaps between a macrocell and a femtocell.;SOLUTION: A femtocell base station receives a random access preamble from a wireless device that is not authorized to utilize the femtocell base station, which indicates that the wireless device suffers interference from the femtocell base station.
