PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to efficiently receive information from two or more remote stations using a meteoric burst.;SOLUTION: A meteoric burst communication system comprises one master station and two or more remote stations. The master station has stored two or more pieces of first remote station information including remote station identifiers and group identifiers, and comprises: a master transmitting unit for transmitting a transmission instruction including a remote station identifier or a group identifier to the remote stations using a meteoric burst; a master receiving unit for receiving remote station response information; and a master output unit for outputting the remote station response information. Each of the remote stations has stored second remote station information including its remote station identifier and group identifier, and comprises: a remote receiving unit for receiving the transmission instruction; a remote determination unit for determining whether the transmission instruction is for itself or not; and a remote transmitting unit for transmitting the remote response information to the master station if it has determined that the transmission instruction is for itself.
