PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management support system useful for a taxi company side to acquire an actual operation state of behavior of a crew running a taxi vehicle.;SOLUTION: The taxi vehicle operation management support system comprising a server 201 capable of performing communication, an on-board unit 100, and a management device 301 includes: an ideal route generating section S15 for generating ideal route information; a navigation processing section S17 for guiding the vehicle according to the ideal route information: a traveling track management section S18 acquiring the actual traveling track of the vehicle; a route deviation information transmitting section S21, when the vehicle is deviated from the route of the ideal route information, giving route deviation information from the management device to the server or the on-board unit; and a reason information transmission processing section S20 that, when the on-board unit or the server receives the route deviation information, accepts an input operation of a driver to the on-board unit as an input of reason information related to a cause of the deviation and transmits the reason information from the server to the management device.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
