PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a minute defect repair device capable of more reliably repairing a minute defect of a water bath lining material and also improving the durability of the repaired part.SOLUTION: A minute defect repair device 10 repairs a minute device of a water bath lining material in water using underwater curable adhesive. The minute defect repair device comprises: a partition body 12 disposed on a repairing surface 18 to cover a minute defect on the water bath lining material; an elastic body 14 disposed on the outer face of the partition body 12 to cover the partition body 12; and a pressing body 16 disposed on the outer face of the elastic body 14 to press the elastic body 14 toward the repairing surface 18. The partition body 12 is formed in advance of the same underwater curable adhesive as that described above. A recess space 20 between the repairing surface 18 and the partition body 12 is filled with the underwater curable adhesive.
