Driver qualification system

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving qualification confirmation system that can suppress driving of a vehicle by a driver in spite of warning having been issued.;SOLUTION: A PC 11 records an alcohol measurement result by an alcohol detector 12 and a license confirmation result by a license reader 13 on a memory card 70. Upon insertion of the memory card 70 into a digital tachograph 30, the digital tachograph 30 outputs a voice message and gives warning in a case where a driving qualification is determined to be invalid from the measurement and confirmation results. Further, the PC 11 transmits the alcohol measurement result and the license confirmation result to a smartphone 80. The smartphone 80 outputs the voice message and gives warning for a predetermined period of time in the case where the driving qualification is determined to be invalid from the measurement and confirmation results. Furthermore, upon reception of notification that the digital tachograph 30 have started recording, the smartphone 80 continues outputting the voice message and giving warning until the digital tachograph 30 stops recording.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
