PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patient reception support device capable of supporting hospital staff, thus performing an appropriate reception without mistaking the patient for another patient.SOLUTION: The patient reception support device includes: a patient information storage unit 11 in which one of more pieces of patient information are stored, the patient information including patient identification information as identification information of a patient and patient related information as information related to the patient; a patient condition determining unit 13 that determines whether or not the patient represented by the patient identification information matches prescribed information, using the patient related information corresponding to the patient identification information; a patient location information acquiring unit 16 that acquires, for the patient identification information, patient location information that is information of a location of the patient in a hospital represented by the patient identification information; and an output unit 22 that outputs, for the patient whom the patient condition determination unit 13 determines to match the conditions, information corresponding to the patient location information that the patient location information acquiring unit 16 has acquired.
