PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional construction steel frame column-beam joint part was complicated and required much time and efforts for production by cutting and assembling angular steel pipe columns for each building floor according to a through-diaphragm system, thereby deteriorating and deforming a diaphragm outer peripheral portion, a massive welding amount was required for electroslag welding between a tetrahedral steel pipe (tetrahedral box) column and a diaphragm even without cutting the column for each floor, and the diaphragm and the column were welded with super large heat input, thereby easily cracking or deteriorating the column.SOLUTION: An angular steel pipe column is not cut for each floor but is welded with an inner diaphragm terminal portion via a through hole under a small welding amount/low heat input. Further, an H-shaped steel beam is welded and joined by one welding part of a multi-layer fill while including a through-hole welded portion.
