PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for processing mechanically deboned meat (MDM) for use of the same as a wide variety of processed meat food material.;SOLUTION: A method for producing mixed processed meat food material includes mixing mechanically deboned meat (MDM) of beasts and birds with minced or diced meat of beasts and birds including piperine in a weight ratio of 0.5:9.5 to 1:1 such that the content of piperine reaches 150 ppm or higher after mixing.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
