Disclosed is a landfill section structure and a waste landfill method that enable direct disposal of waste without intermediate treatment. In the landfill division structures 51, 63, a plurality of quadrangular prism-like structures in which each of the landfill stages 54a, 54b, 54c,... RC frame 56, concrete top cover 58 and bottom 59 defining the top and bottom surfaces of each landfill section 53, and waste 52 filled in landfill section 53 top cover 58 and landfill section 53.
