PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably operate a plant by detecting and notifying a sign before occurrence of abnormality from relevance between process amounts of a plurality of facilities.;SOLUTION: A plant operation monitoring apparatus 30 to which a plurality of on-site equipment 10 for measuring process amounts of facilities are connected through a communication network (WAN 50) includes: a process information acquiring section 311 for acquiring the process amounts from the plurality of the on-site equipment 10; an abnormality sign detecting section 314 for detecting abnormality sigh of the plant from the relevance between the plurality of the process amounts which have been acquired by the process information acquiring section; and a notification information outputting section 315 for outputting an alarm when the abnormality sigh is detected in the abnormality sign detecting section 314.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
