Another embodiment of a gaming apparatus is configured as a pinwheel including a first circular surface having a plurality of numeral indicia uniformly arranged at a periphery; and a second circular surface concentrically disposed with respect to the first circular surface. The second circular surface is configured to rotate independent of the first circular surface, and has a plurality of color indicia uniformly arranged at a periphery of the second circular surface, each indicia being assigned one of twelve colors.
