摘要
cross-mediated dendritic cell (dcir) immunoreceptors of cd8 + t human cells. immunostimulant compositions and methods comprising a potent cross-presentation immunoreceptor (dcir) containing motif thereof are described herein. The inventors evaluated human cd8 + t-cell responses generated by segmenting dendritic cell (dc) antigens across various lectin receptors. a single exposure to a low dose of anti-dcir antigen-conjugated dcir-initiated human t cell immunity-specific cd8 + antigen by all dc ex vivo subsets including dcs generated, isolated skin, blood and mdcs langerhans cells and pdc. Improved cd8 + specific t-cell responses were observed when antigens such as, squirting, mart-1, viral (hiv gag), etc. were delivered to dcs via dcir, compared to those induced by free antigen, or to a mab-conjugated antigen. control or delivered via dc-sign, another lectin receptor. In addition to toll-like receptor (TLR) cross-presentation 7/8-agonist enhanced mediated dcir as well as crosspriming. thus, the target antigen via the human dcir receptor enables activation of specific cd8 + t cell immunity.
