Fastener suitable for increasing the service life of welded junction of a pressure vessel tube which is subsequently folded. A fastener for fixing a tube tube subjected to bending to minimize fatigue for welded joint in the pipe.The fastener comprises a fastener tube segment, and a segment of internal external fastener, each having a format semicilu00edndrico, a first end and a second end. An inner surface of the segment of the internal fastener is substantially smooth to allow sliding of the outer surface of the tube with the inner surface of the segment of the cam.The segment of the external fastener having a inner surface which defines an element of friction. The friction element serving to hold an outer surface of the tube to which the external cam segment is fixed. A mechanism is provided for locking the fastener clip segment of internal external cam segment.
