telescopic lubrication injector, notably for grease injection system. the lubrication injector comprises a housing 14 and a translational measuring body 16 axially movable with respect to said housing and provided with a lubricant supply channel 16a. the injector further comprises at least one translational intermediate piston 20 radially interposed between metering body 16 and housing 14 and axially movable with respect to said housing, said intermediate piston 20 carrying measuring body 16. intermediate piston 20 is mounted axially slidable over metering body 16. intermediate piston 20 and metering body 16 at least partially delimit a metering chamber 48 for a lubricant in communication with the supply channel 16a of said metering body.
