Process for producing clinker-free hydraulic geopolymeric materials by making use of waste sludge of water glass production

In the present invention, there is described a process for producing alkali-activated clinker-free hydraulic geopolymeric materials by making use of waste sludge of water glass production. The materials can be prepared by mixing waste sludge with water and aluminosilicate raw material with optional addition of aggregates. Subsequently, the mixture is let to solidify. The so prepared clinker-free hydraulic geopolymeric materials can be used particularly for the preparation of clinker-free molded cements.
